If your receipt submission was rejected, don't worry! You can always find out more details through following these steps:
1. Open the app and head over to your homepage.
2. Tap on your total kick amount at the top center of the screen.
3. Select Kicks Activity to find your submitted receipt.
Once you locate the receipt, you'll see a brief reason explaining why it wasn't accepted. Tap on that receipt line for more details, including an image of your submission.
Common reasons that receipts aren't accepted incude:
1. Blurry Image: The receipt photo is not clear.
2. Poor Lighting: The picture was taken in inadequate lighting.
3. Receipt Condition: The receipt is wrinkled, cut off, or otherwise damaged.
4. Visibility Issues: Key details like the purchase date, store name, product names, prices, or receipt total are not visible.
5. Non-Participating Store: The store where you made the purchase isn't part of our receipt kicks program.
6. Duplicate Submission: Kicks have already been awarded for that item on the same day.
7. Incorrect Item: The item purchased does not match the featured item eligible for kicks.
