If you registered using an email address and password (rather than Facebook or Google +), you can request a password reset link through the manual login screen. Here's how to request a new password in the app:
Open the app, and you’ll see the Log in to Your Account page. Tap the Email option, then tap the Forgot Password? link underneath the Log In button. On the Reset your password page, manually type in the email address associated with your Shopkick account and hit the Send button. An instructional email regarding how to reset your password will then be sent to you.
