1. Check Permissions: Make sure that your Shopkick settings are correct (including access to your camera, location, Bluetooth, and microphone which is required on iOS for Shopkick versions 5.3.11 and below, and on Android for all versions).
2. Stable Connection: Verify that your Wifi or mobile data connection is stable. Large buildings like Costco, Target, and Walmart may disrupt your mobile connection. Tip: Try joining the store's Wifi if they have it available to shoppers!
3. Reinstall the App: If issues continue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Shopkick app.
