If you’ve opened the app and noticed your kicks are missing, don’t worry! There are a few reasons why this might have happened:
1. Inactivity: If your account has been inactive for 6 months or more, we reclaim your kicks as stated in our Terms and Conditions. But don’t worry—we always send an email beforehand to give you a chance to log back in and keep your kicks. If you missed that email and your account was inactive, this could be the reason. If you’re having trouble logging in, please reach out to our support team. We're here to help!
2. Duplicate Accounts: Sometimes, it’s easy to accidentally log into a duplicate account. To check:
- Tap the person icon to open the left menu
- Go to Settings
- Select Account settings
- Tap Log out
- On the Log in to Your Account page, make sure to log in using your original method and credentials.
If you still don’t see your original profile and kick balance, don’t hesitate to contact our support team. They’ll get you back on track!
3. Redeemed Kicks: Remember, kicks are removed when you redeem them for those awesome rewards. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or exchange rewards once they’ve been redeemed.
