If you're having trouble locating a reward, always check "My Rewards" first. Tap on your kicks total at the top of the main feed. This will take you to the Kicks Center.  From there you can tap into "My Rewards." If you redeemed an instant gift eligible card, you'll find it here. If it was another kind of reward, you can find more info here on how to receive it or redeem it. You'll also see when you redeemed each reward, find a reward's expiration date (if it has one), and be able to mark a reward as used to help you keep track of which reward to use next.
