If you accidentally entered the wrong email address while using your kicks for a PayPal cash credit, you may choose from the following 2 options:
- If the email address you provided is one that you trust and use, you may create a new PayPal account using this email address or add this email address to an existing PayPal account.
- To create a new PayPal account using this email address, find the credit confirmation email sent to the address you provided and follow the steps provided in the email to create a new PayPal account (or follow the instructions on this page.
- To add this email address to an existing PayPal account, first log into your PayPal account. Navigate to your account settings using the wheel icon in the upper right of the screen. In the section labeled Email, click the + icon to add a new email address to your account. Enter the address that you used to get your PayPal cash credit reward with Shopkick and click Add Email.
- If the email address your provided is incorrect, not one that you use, or not one that you would like associated with a PayPal account, you may wait 30 days for your kicks to be fully refunded.
