For rewards that are emailed to you (like Macy's), we usually use your registered email address as the delivery address. However, you can choose an alternate email address during the redemption process. There's a confirmation page when you choose one of these rewards that displays the address we think you want your reward sent to. Just tap the ""x"" next to that email address to enter an alternate email.
Please note that for a Macy's reward, once you have selected an email address to have that reward sent to, you will be unable to change that in the future. Be absolutely positive that your Macy's reward is being sent to the email address you want it sent to, and make sure there are no typos in the address.
